We at Studio 2108 are excited to launch a brand new website for Hotwire Electric, Inc. — a full service electrical company located in St. Louis! This is a fully custom designed and built website using WordPress. Our goal was to make the new website easier to use and display the client’s services in a more modern way. Our decision to keep the look and feel dark was influenced by the imagery of lights glowing in a dark room.

The homepage features a custom navigation, slideshow, services sections, and feeds at the bottom. The slideshow was built using jQuery and the “previous” and “next” arrows are fully functional. The services section underneath the slideshow was achieved by a jQuery toggle script. If the visitor clicks on each one of the icons, the information changes below it and links to a full description page. The footer section of the website stays on each page and includes a rotating testimonials section and latest news feed.
