Magnolia Place

An exciting new rehab was set to take place in the southern regions of St. Louis City. Condominiums were going to be custom designed with a beautiful Tower Grove Park View to boot. Before the builders put up the for sale sign, they approached us at Studio 2108 to develop the branding and collateral materials for their new project. We helped the Magnolia Place identity with a web site, a logo, promotional materials and more.
