We know how to get websites on the first page of a Google search. Most websites should be able to be found by using more than just their own company name – we are constantly amazed how that is NOT always the case. Below is our Organic Search Engine Optimization (SEO) results when using Google to search the web for these generic keywords (please note: we are NOT using pay per click for these search results – we do offer Pay Per Click options – please call Wayne for more info). What is even better – our SEO results have increased with the new WordPress website you are viewing that we launched back in March. All of these keywords are checked by a third party website to make sure they are accurate. These results are updated everyday and may change from day to day.

Meet the Studio 2108 Staff

Wayne M. White – Owner/Creative Director
Wayne has designed and created successful printed marketing materials for more than 20 years. His core strengths include graphic design for catalogs, annual reports, brochures, logos, newsletters and HTML e-newsletters. In 1999, Wayne developed his first website. Since then he has designed, developed and managed more than 150 sites, the majority of which are hosted on Studio 2108’s website servers. Wayne graduated from Kansas State University in December 1992 with a BFA in graphic design/illustration. Read more about Wayne – click here.

Katie Stokes – Graphic Designer/Account Manager
Katie concepts and designs solutions for our client’s needs of both print and web here at Studio 2108. In addition to developing creative solutions, she assists with managing work flow on all projects at Studio 2108. New to St. Louis, Katie joins us from the lands of sweet tea, fried chicken and Elvis. She graduated from Auburn University in Auburn, AL in May 2008 with a BFA in Graphic Design and a minor in Business Administration. Prior to working for Studio 2108, Katie gained experience designing for a non-profit in Mississippi and a magazine publication here in St. Louis. Katie has been working for Studio 2108 since February 2009.

Nate Haskins - Web Developer
Nate has worked for Studio 2108 since 2008, developing cutting-edge solutions for clients’ ever-changing website technology needs. He is an accomplished developer using standards-based solutions such as HTML, CSS, Flash Action Script, JavaScript, PHP and MySQL development. Haskins is an expert in leveraging the power of website design on the world’s most popular open-source framework, WordPress, to rapidly deploy customized content-managed solutions. Prior to joining Studio 2108, Nate worked at the University of Rhode Island Pharmacy Department as a scientific animator.

Michelle Peterein – Graphic Designer
Michelle concepts and develops solutions for the print and web here at Studio 2108. Michelle joins us with over 2 years of experience in a wide variety of print and web industries. She graduated from Missouri State University in May 2007 with a BFA in Graphic Design and a minor in Advertising and Marketing. Michelle has been working for Studio 2108 since August 2009.

Allison Schuman - Web Designer
Allison develops and updates websites here at Studio 2108. With a background in user-interface graphic design and back-end programming, she creates successful websites that are both aesthetically pleasing and fully functional. Prior to joining Studio 2108, Allison gained experience designing for Truman faculty and students, along with the Kirksville community. Allison just graduated from Truman State University with a BFA in Visual Communications and a minor in Computer Science and joined Studio 2108 in May 2010.

Logo Design
We have designed many logos over the years. One logo that is getting a lot of national exposure is the logo that Wayne designed for Team Athletic Group (TAG) shown to the right. The TAG logo is used on all marketing materials, sporting goods equipment, neck and locker labels. The graphic “Circle T” icon is embroidered on all custom designed uniforms for TAG. Custom Designed Annual Reports
We have designed and produced several annual reports over the last couple of years. We have just completed the 2009 MPM Annual Report. Included in this process is: sending out for estimates from multiple printers, designing multiple cover and page designs, showing multiple rounds of proofs as we know the final numbers in these reports are very critical to the organization, packaging and preparing the files for printer, going to press checks and making sure they are all completed on time. Custom Designed Product Catalogs
We have designed and produced 6 – 8,  60 plus page catalogs a year for the last 6 years for TAG. One of these catalogs is even data base driven that is made from content that also drives the content for the website. With a click of a button the website creates a pdf file. Included in this process is: sending out for estimates from multiple printers, designing multiple cover and page designs, preparing the files for production, going to press checks and making sure they are all completed on time. We have designed and developed lots of custom designed advertisements for various clients. Website Development & Databases
What is the difference between web design and web development? Web design offers web standard coding and graphic services, as well as designing visually-focused web pages. Web development focuses on programming services, creating interactive or database-driven websites, sometimes involving e-commerce shopping carts, or member databases. What is Flash? It can refer to the software itself, the player used to view it, or the files used to make up the presentation.
